Alcester

Alcester (which is pronounced "Ol-ster") is situated between Stratford-upon-Avon and Studley. This ancient town has a very charming main street which still retains many of it's original architectural features. Alcester has a number of good schools and in particular Alcester Grammar School which accepts students via the 11 plus system. There are a number of vibrant pubs and restaurants in the town which makes it very popular.
